Who we are

What we do:  We give you voice.  Our clients are persons of all ages and abilities.  As Advocates, we work on your behalf to assist with the necessary tasks and management of your personal needs and financial affairs.  As Fiduciaries, we follow your written instructions in your legal documents, such as powers of attorney, wills, trusts, special needs trusts, and conservatorships.  As Educators we offer coaching, teach instructional courses, and provide tailored seminars upon request.

Our beginningIn January, 2005, after the experience of caring for a friend who suffered from an unexpected onslaught of Alzheimer’s, the founding principals saw a need and were motivated to create a company designed to provide services to assist those who were faced with or anticipating issues of financial management and issues of aging.  S.A.F.E. Planners, Inc. is committed to serving you.  Our goal is to serve the needs of our community with a locally owned and operated company designed to be enduring and lasting, providing continuity between one generation the next.

Upholding your best interest:  S.A.F.E.’s professional team has a diverse set of skills and knowledge gained through many years of training and experience.  We are regulated by the California Fiduciaries Bureau in Sacramento and adhere to a strict code of ethics.  As members of the Professional Fiduciary Association (PFAC), we are able to stay abreast of important law changes, and we participate regularly in continuing education.  Serving in a position of trust is a duty and responsibility we honor and take seriously at S.A.F.E. Planners.

Initial ConsultationWe offer an initial consultation to individuals and families at a nominal introductory fee.  The purpose of this consultation is to examine and develop an understanding of your specific needs and goals so that we may offer you assistance in navigating areas of health care, financial concern, available social services, residential programs, legal documents, and referrals.  We provide education as well as potential strategies and solutions tailored to address your unique circumstances.
